custom Item drop rate

Hi guys, i saw this post http://rathena.org/board/topic/59964-custom-droprate/ its about custom-drop rate but its only for specific items.

i also saw the "floating rates" on my folder but its for exp.

i would want to request a script similar to these scripts but it for all cards..

For all cards? You can set it in drops.conf?

Yes i can but, i would like it to be like... every 12 in the morning there is an hour of doubled card drop rates.

is this possible?
