i need this onpckillevent script
a script that detects a player if he/she is still online after killing him/her.
display msg if the specific player is online or offline
/kis2 
after killing a player, the script will wait for a short span of time after that the script will check if the killedrid
is still online
if not
announce rid2name(killedrid)+" no longer online..";
if online
nothing happens
