How to add custom mobs/items/npc on 2012 or newer clients

the 2010 and 2011 clients only use accname and accessoryid luas and easy to add customs but in 2012 i dont know how to put some custom items because i try the method of 2010 and 2011 clients but i encounter error is the method or steps is the same or it has a new or a new file to edit please help me i dont know the changes now 

 

 

Problem solve same as 2010 and 2011 method i have a typo error sorry for this

check the Item Placement on Data Folder sections.
