seems like you are using a very outdated files. try using rA and search for some tutorials

Actually this could be a number of problems you do seem to be using an old data folder download unless that's intended. Get "TK Patcher" from the download section throw it with your client close any ragnarok.exe's running and run it as an admin.

 

But you're also using an older client which leads me to ask... Do you want ROClassic?

 

Also there could be a packet error. For us to accurately identify your problem we're going to need screenshots or logs from your server when this error happens- THANKS!
