GTB already block coma. If you don't want block it, find in src/map/status.c

	if (status_isimmune(bl))
		switch (type) {
			case SC_DECREASEAGI:
			case SC_SILENCE:
			case SC_COMA:
			case SC_INCREASEAGI:

Remove

case SC_COMA:

save and recompile
