[17230] Guild Emblems Problem

Hello rAthena. I am using SVN 17230 and i have problems with the guild emblem. I can see my emblem but i cannot see other player's emblems and vice versa. Is there any fix available for this? I searched here and saw some posts on how to fix them but still it didn't work :|

If i will update my SVN. it will affect also the my modification files?
