Does the current enchant_mal.txt located at re/merchants/enchant_mal.txt same with this http://rathena.org/board/files/file/2830-malangdo-weapon-enchanter/ ? Just asking.

No. The one in the SVN is official, the other is custom. Notably, the official script auto-detects equipment while the custom script does not.
