login,char,map status help

my server is currently online

my phpmyadmin is located to other company

also my webhost and server is hosted to different company

i installed my flux integ cp and it works perfect..it shows how many online users but the login status,char status, map status appears to be offline what should i do

 

i can also register to my cp integ

Let your webhosting company know of the issue, and inform them of which ports you need opened.
