Help Me With This Modification

Hi all... I would like to ask about this modification...?
 

Statement ; 
Im already implement 3rdjob in my test server with max level base and job is 120/70.
Max stat is 120..

Problem : 

 

1. I wonder how to make ONLY GM or ADMIN can bypass 120 max stat to be 32000?..?

 

2. Other things is my second problem about new map of morroc.. Here...

Can someone help me with this... Both of this problem i try to seacr but nothing found... Help Me :-(

Edit conf/battle/gm.conf

atcommand_max_stat_bypass: no

2) No comment, i don't know if morroc is changed, or maybe you are using old morroc map.

For the second... i also dont know if im using old map of morroc..
 

**From what i saw and remember is**

 

1. Center of the first morroc map is NOT ruins adn have castle in it..

2. Center of the second morroc map is ruins adn collapsed and have hole right?..?

3. This is the third map of *my opinion* is this.. the castle is collapsed and did not have any warp...

old morroc have a castle. the morroc w/ a big hole where the castle was suppose to be is the satan morroc episode when the thing destroy the castle in the escape process.

theres 2 other morroc, the first and smaller one from many years ago and now seems like satan was defeated and they started to rebuild the town in the chapter 14.x
