What does the Awakening Potion and other Potions do to the attack speed

What does the Awakening Potion and other Potions do to the attack speed now? Since it's already renewal I tried using one but it didn't add any ASPD

potion and skill bonuses for aspd is highly dependent on your agi..more agi&dex you have the greater aspd bonus it increases...

In pre-renewal, POTION0 gives +10% ASPD (i.e. -10% delay between attacks), POTION1 gives +15% ASPD and POTION2 gives +20% ASPD.

In renewal it gives as much ASPD as specified in the parameter between the duration. If you use a renewal compile and the potions don't add any ASPD, it could be that you are using a pre-renewal item db.

I already tried basing it with stats and it did work. So it's more likely that the potion and skill based aspd are really dependent on agi and dex stats. I tried both 120 agi and dex it gives me the additional aspd but if my stats are both 1 then it doesn't do anything.
