How to Enable 3rdJob Class(*Included Oboro job)* On rAthena Version SVN r17185

Hi... All... I would like to ask all of you... 
How to enable 3rdjob class for rAthena Version SVN r17185?..?
Because i receive the default server database and it already read renewal but there is not such jobchanger for 3rdjob, npc for 3rdjob...

Anyone can help me with this..??
I wish someone can help me through this...
I've been looking on google but did not find any answer...
Anyone?..?

Renewal and all its features, including third jobs, are enabled by default.

This file reads all Renewal scripts: trunk/npc/re/scripts_main.conf

We don't have the official Oboro quest implemented yet, but it's in the custom job changer along with all other third jobs: trunk/npc/custom/jobmaster.txt

OK sir.. I got that... But i have another problem back... zzz
Im following this method to make max lvl for 3rdjob Base 120 and Job 70 and get this error?..?

 

How can i solve this problem sir Euphy?..?

Btw... My server cant .start cuz did not find map_server because of this error?..?
