Dual server in one CLient in VPS

Can someone Post a guide on how to Compile Run Map Server and Char Server in Server#2 while Running Server#1 in VPS? i Try to recompile server2 it says Permission Denied. Can someone Help Me?

Server#1 is Running Smooth no Lag. 
6900<- Log in Port of Both Server
5121<- Server#1
6121<- Server#1

5122<- Server#2

6122<- Server#2

 

all of the port's is oppened. but when i try to Connect in Server#2 it say's Disconnected from the server and Giving Make Connection failed error at Putty. Can someone Help me?

i have the same problem. i can't execute the char and map sql.exe

Make the permissions 777 on all of the char-server_sql map-server_sql and login-server_sql also on the compilers (those rAthena-9, rAthena-10 and so on)
