Server commands not working

All the commands on my server were working fine yesterday but when I got on today whenever I tried to use one it just showed "??". The only people that have access to our server files are me and our scripter but he has been unavailable for the past few days and I haven't touched the files. Does anyone know how this happens?

double check all your files...

Whenever a command is used like @go, in the chat box instead of saying "warped" it shows "??" And doesn't do anything. And I've checked the files for the server and it all seems fine so I don't know what's going on.
