How to include in idnum2itemdesctable.txt item ID before Weight?

My problem: i have idnum2itemdesctable.txt,. All items in this txt file don't have ID's in description.

I need some parser, or regex based script, what can automaticly before "weight:" using some mask '#itemid#' put to description item ID.

That i have, but i want do it automaticly by some script for all items in idnum2itemdesctable.txt or etc... but dunno
