What Item can reduce casting time

i want to know for the newest version i set into default settings, i didn't touch anything for the battle config.

 

 

 

What Item can reduce casting time? or what is the proper settings for this on battle/skill.conf

 

 

 

can you give me the item effect code so i can make a custom item to reduce the casting time

 

also if there is also available for the delay its much better, coz' I try kiel card its not effective.

try to use glorious some of them can reduce cast delay, dark thorn staff for casting time and some other staff

i'm done with the casting, I can directly add the bonus effect to the item to reduce the casting time

 

i'm searching for the delay

 

like when you use asura strike there is a cooldown

 

i think this is the reason for delay
