Hi.. Need to know where to download the server and client files

Hi

Iam new in making RO private server and i gone through lots of private server setup method which is really confusing me.

Please someone provide me the latest server and client files URL with 3rd job in it.

I know Spoon feeding is not good thing. Iam asking this help coz i really confused and deleted with all the data.

Please provide the right file with understandable instruction so i can set up offline server with 3rd job.
