Damage Modifier that will work on svn 17066

The damage modifier posted here doesnt work with the latest svn, please I need one badly >.<

that's why I requested one, cos I usually use the 2.0 patch, but it just doesn't seem to work right when we updated our svn, always get compilation errors.
