npc not shown when added

hi i am having problem adding npc when i add npc it does not appear to the location that i edited can someone help me on it and when i try to load the npc in game i get an error saying script could not be loaded

if you have just added a new NPC script, then you must restart your server, at least mapserver. since you have modified /npc/scripts_custom.conf, this configuration file is read only once, on the initialization of the server, especially mapserver. Otherwise, if you modified a NPC txt file (e.g: /custom/heal/heal.txt) then you can simply do @reloadscript.
