What you could do is use this topic to try to understand your problem. Since Lilith's patches haven't been updated in compete with rAthena's current changes, you may have to manually add/change your source with the information found in the .patch file. Or, you could try to add them automatically by applying the .patch using TortoiseSVN. Please take a look here regarding using the .patch/.diff file: Subversion#Using_.diff.2F.patch_files
