Browedit Crashes

Dear rAthena-Community,

some days ago I downloaded browedit, the only Ragnarok

Mapping program which i found in the web.

At the beginning all seemed fine, i installed it , started it

and it kinda worked (No error's etc. at starting).

Now , where the program is open, i was on the turn

to start mapping, with that i got interrupted really fast.

I created a new file and clicked on the button

"Generate 99 random dungeon floors"

because my browedit crashed and I decided to start with something else.

According to the earlier crash, I started with something else,

but the "Crash-problem" wasn't friendly to me and it happened again.

I tried to reinstall browedit, change the configs and i downloaded the

full kRo and Renewal Clients, for that i paid some of my Lifetime.

Asking at the ingamers-community and the browedit-Community

wasn't a help at all.

- The browedit-Community seems kinda dead.

- The ingamers-Community told me about you guys, well at all.

So i set all my hope in you guys, can you help me?

I have done all of these.

At first i started with another Version of it.

After an while i found a post in here with your advice,

followed it and hoped that the crash would'nt be there..

But it was.

But thank you for the reply , at least i see,

that somebody is taking his time, to help me.

Can you tell me exactly, step by step when the program crashes?

BrowEdit crashes easialy.

You shouldn't try use the dungeon generator, nor other generator because they can crash if certain conditions are not filled (for example, you must have at least 3 textures selected).

When you copy and past some stuff, it cab crash and cause some problems.

Well, most features of the brow edit are buggy. That's normal, so you should save your maps often.

1. Starting Browedit

2. File -> New -> 100 / 100 (I also tried less)

3. Generate Smth.

4. Crash

(I can make Hills)

You need textures selected before you generate. Hills work, rooms work, dont use anything else.
