Announce command for my Break the Seal NPC

I have a bts npc here and the announcement says:

announce "Woah! "+strcharinfo(0)+" just broke the seal of Valkyrie! Wish him/her luck!",0;

I don't want it to have too much announcements so I decided that the npc will have an announcement when he/she received a rare item. So, can you guys help me by doing that?

Like

""+strcharinfo(0)+" just obtained the rare item "Item name" after breaking the seal of valkyrie",0;

Is it possible to make the npc announce it if it's only rare item? Like, for example, item id #5856 , #5857, #5858 , #5859.

show your script....we dont know how your script work..and how your script define whether the item is rare or not...

based on your topic ..we only know these item are "rare"..but we dont know how your script generate this itemID and give it to player...
