You can also use Manchu-Han that gives +6 All stats within 1hour. ID: 14608 So this will be: +10 DEX + 20 DEX + 6 ALL STATS To resolve your problem, just edit the siroma and other foods that gives +20 status effect. Make it +10 or +5 only.
