Help regards desperado

i have problem about desperado here's the scenario :

the gunslinger wearing 1 kiel card (high rate server 255) with bragi seems the desperado is quite buggy. the gunslinger was used desperado the target was hitted by the skill but the gunslinger spam the desperado but it takes the player about 1-2secs before he gets again the damage from the desperado. I was hoping that when the gunslinger spam the desperado it will spam also the damage.. and other problem is the cell covered by the desperado the skill said it is 7x7 but when i test the gunslinger was cornered by 7 people but it hits 2 targets only? Help
