NPC Sprites not showing in game

Every NPC is not showing at all and are not click-able. I Know they are loaded because they still work via OnTouch. When i use @disguise i turn invisible till i move then the sprite dashes on screen and i take its appearance

SVN - rAthena 16815

Ive already checked my lua files and my db/const as well as my grf files

Any Help would be much appreciated

I solved it was an error in the svn packet definition swapped 2 numbers -..-
