So I use exactly the same folder on both my computer and my laptop, but my laptop can't connect to my server nor is the client in english, yet everything works great on my computer.

How the hell is this happening?

so the server is on the laptop right? have you open these ports from your laptop by disabling the resstrictions (or disabling firewall)? have you forwarded the ports correctly? do you put the correct ip in the clientinfo.xml (If laptop using Wi-Fi, IP = 169.x.x.x)

I also don't know how the hell is this happening..

1. Clientinfo you IP or domain & port

2. You server rathena config Login Ip server, Char Ip server, Map IP server & you subnet 255.0.0.0:IP server:IP Server

Diff you client load luo to lub & multiple grf , don't diff data folder
