Requesting Emergency cooldown not to be reset it cd when char get disconnected ro char select :)

yes, its already set, when your remaining cd is around 1 min and then you got dc your cool down will be reset to 5 mins again

The timer is resetting whenever you log out. I used Emergency Call at 22:05, and at 22:06 I logged out. Theorically (or maybe not) you should be able to reuse the skill at 22:10 (since you first casted it at 22:05 -> 22:10-22:05 = 5 min delay), but I only could cast again the skill at 22:11.

Is this the official behavior or it shouldn't reset when you log out?

yes its the official behavior, but i want to implement that even when you logout emergency call shouldn't reset. is that possible?

Set the value to 'no' then. That config that Emistry quoted pretty much means apply a guild skill delay of 5 minutes on login from anyone in the guild (but only once). If you set that value to 'no' then when you log off and back on, the extra time of 5 minutes will not be applied. So now quoting mkbu95:

If you use Emergency Call at 22:05, and at 22:06 you logged out, you are be able to reuse the skill at 22:10 (since you first casted it at 22:05 -> 22:10-22:05 = 5 min delay).
