However, you can do it by reducing hits in skill_db.txt 84,9,8,1,4,0,0,10,3:4:5:6:7:8:9:10:11:12,yes,0,0,0,magic,2:3:3:4:4:5:5:6:6:7, WZ_JUPITEL,Jupitel Thunder Highlighted text means Level 1 - 3 Hits, Level 2 - 4 Hits and so on.
