Flux Modification Request

This would be too much to ask but maybe someone can help me with this.

my request wold be simple for example for the Player Ranking of flux cp I want to add the gender of the player and if the player is male it will show male.png instead of "Male" and if the Job is sura it will not show the word sura instead it will show sura.png

I hope someone can help me with this, thanks in advance
