client cannot connect and not english :(

hello guyz hello admin and staff, im new here hope you can help me.. i tried to make my own server, followed your guide especially in youtube videos,

- i click runserver-sql - all good server is ready

- i use this client ---> http://rathena.org/b...-02-kro-client/

- and i use this ragexeRE.exe - 2012-04-10a

- i put both grf and exe in client folder but when i start the client this what happend

and its not english? and also i configure the clientinfo.xml correctly copied to the video ive watched and is it ok if im not using static IP? cuz i use Dynamic IP only cuz i dont use wireless router

can someone post a link what client to download and ragexeRE.exe to use please. cuz i download almost everything i think but its not english. when i click the exe application.. and still i cant connect to my server client is the only problem i have to solve now.. cuz server is ready and no problem at all...

i still can't connect to my server i'll try to config again back from the start
