Delet char

I'm having trouble deleting the char using the date Nacimento (birthdate)

if and you want to disable the birtdate during delete a character..

change your server langtype in clientinfo.xml

already tried changing the langtype from 0 to 22 and no deletes the char placing the same date as birthdate already did this in the two types to delete put (20120414) and (14042012) works but none of the error, then I would remove that option put the date or e-mail.
