How can i change the command like when i use broadcast, instead of using @broadcast ill just have to type @bc. @guildstorage change to @gstorage?

As Mammon mentioned, head over to your atcommand.conf https://rathena.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rathena/trunk/conf/atcommand_athena.conf and add guildstorage: ["gstorage"] after kill ["die"]. Then, add broadcast: ["bc"] after guildstorage like so:

kill: ["die"]
guildstorage: ["gstorage"]
broadcast: ["bc"]
