Teleport level 1 skill

since there's no skill support, I'll just ask it here. I don't know if this belongs to the source file..

where can I edit the part of the teleport skill level 1 wherein.. if the skill is Level 1 - the box won't appear anymore..

for short teleport skill level 1 will act as a flywing..
