No bonus points loss from Transcendant to Third ?

Does someone have an idea on how can I do this ?

What should I look at & modify ?

I need that at job level 50 as a Third, bonus stat points reach as much as it was reaching when they were job level 70 Transcendant.

I think it would be the solution.

I have a second question, is it possible to add a +20% hp to 3rd class for exemple ?
