Hi guys i would like to ask if what tools/software would you recommend on developing a sprite design.

I am currently working on a custom headgear sprite but every time I import the 256bit .bmp file in actor the image becomes fuzzy, pixelated and beyond recognition.

Any suggestion what software do I use? I am currently using photoshop CS5 and I am using the latest version of aCtor.

use latest one.....adobe photoshop CS6 its amazing /ok

hi! :) the frames of your sprite should be of 8bits not 24 bit or 256 colors i´m used Graphics Gale and photoshop cs4 :P
