Need assistance on using 2012-04-10j client

Question

Posted

I was able to login my account and create an account on my server but when I hit 'OK' on the character selection it will load until 66% only then it will crash. Here's the image below.

RO.png

I have the following things setup:

1. Updated pRO client

2. Updated SVN (where configured mmo is 2012-04-10 client)

3. Updated data file (using data v.2). But with or without the data folder same problem is occurring.

4. Used all .grf under Judas' website (mainj.grf, pallette.grf) and placed it in 'data.ini'

5. Injected the modified 'clientinfo.xml' to the official pRO 'data.grf'.

6. Diff'ed the client (unchecked no lua and no data)

7. Used 'setup.exe' in Judas' website.

8. I ran it as 'Administrator'.

Should there be any thing I left out, please let me know so I can check.

Currently, I am connected on a router but my inter_conf file IP address is configured 127.0.0.1 << is this okay?

use kro or miruku. pro is an outdated client.

UP!

Still occurring despite using updated kRO ad kRO_re client.

Is it correct that I will inject the clientinfo.xml inside the data.grf file? Because with or without the 'data' folder I can still create a character.

Should I also determine the grf path in rAthena folder? Because right now it is commented.

Lol.. Disregard my concern.. It worked!

to inject your clientinfo.xml to your grf you must use this tool.

GrfBuilder

Thanks but I did not inject my clientinfo.xml on kRO's data.grf and it worked. I used the client that you provided.
