Ill just use Grf Builder tools. But the problem I get a Unicode file. Ill already see the one of sound effect I want to Remove. Here is the name of file t_회피 . Is there's anyway to convert that file name to ANSI encoded FileName. Or any program that extract a grf that output will be a ANSI encoded filename. GRF Sharper wont work properly it always stop in the middle of extracting.
