Failed to connect to the server, did everything.

Question

Posted

Hi to all,I wanted to setup a server therefore I did everything necessary to turn the server up & running (everything displayed green and white), even with the port for char, login & map opened (checked via port checking website)

When I tried to use client to connect ,it always show failed to connect.

The cilentinfo.xml should not be a problem. since i use the ip in clientinfo to do port checking, it display opened port

when i use port checking website, the login command prompt did say "Closed connection from IP"

Any idea why I can't connect to my server?

Seems like it can't establishes a connection from my client.

I got a static ip : 168.63.170.234 with port 6900 login, and another 5121 & 6121

Thanks for the help :)

map_ip is your WAN, login_ip and char_ip is your IP that can be found from cmd > ipconfig. Address in clientinfo is the same like login_ip and char_ip.

It seems the problem comes from the client you use, try to change the client date and the diff patcher settings, and also recheck your packet_ver in db/packet_db.txt
