refine _db

The new refine_db is quite complicated compare to eathena and 3ceam.

How can I set this to +8 safe refine and 30% for +9 and 20% for +10?

It's based on renewal version. Check the header for the guide.

For easy guide, take a look at this:

The bold numbers is +1 up to +7 means 100% success rate.

+1 = 100%
+2 = 100%
+3 = 100%
+4 = 100%
+5 = 100%
+6 = 100%
+7 = 1005
+8 = 60%
+9 = 40%
+10 = 20%

+11 = 70%
+12 = 70%
+13 = 50%
+14 = 50%
+15 = 30%
+16 = 30%
+17 = 20%
+18 = 20%
+19 = 10%
+20 = 10%
