Status point problem

I think my status point system is off because at level 200 normally you have 6058 stat points but with all that you can only add 200 stats to 1 stat. Example:

str: 200

agi: 0

dex: 0

int: 0

luk: 0

and that is with 6058 stat points. Idk why it is doing this but it is weird. I am also using re server and client.
