Patching sprites/texture?

i tried patching sprites and texture but...

after patching the start button wont show up...

in other words...fail?

how to patch it...

i also put the proper path..

What patcher are you using? Thor?

"Start" button at thor patcher..

it is stucked at saving resources?

oh hmm, i remember something wrong with using textures for some reason...Don't know if anyone could verifiy...

But I bet if you just did a test file inside the data folder it would work, but for some reason, some texture files have trouble. Maybe thor version problem...can't say.

Maybe...

can i make a new grf...

that only contains data/sprites?

and patch it?

It will stuck at Saving Resources if you make a single patch file for the whole sprite folder. Make separate patch files for each subfolder.

it's like this..

and when choosing directory folder..

i should put it in this..

data/sprite/Àΰ£Á

like that?

Right. /ok

It's basically patching the sprite folder by parts. Thor Patcher is known to stuck at Saving Resources when dealing with a lot of files.

It is not recommended to use ACSII actually..although the tool supports it, it is prone to problems.
