Hey, i`m new here, i follow Sharpienero video instruction. But failed connet to server

I edit clientinfo.xml in my folder data ip to my localhost but this not make any difference. Need help anyone, i`m desperate to figure what`s wrong.

solved

1. Edit Data.ini

2. replace RagexeRE.exe with 2012-04-10aRagexeRE_J.exe from Judas

try to check your ip on your

conf\char_athena.conf

conf\login_athena.conf

conf\map_athena.conf

conf\subnet_athena.conf

sory bout that, cause i try any posibility like

1.configure ip in

conf\char_athena.conf

conf\login_athena.conf

conf\map_athena.conf

conf\subnet_athena.conf

2.try compile many ragexe & client

3. use many different variation in mmo.h

i don`t know what the problem anymore...

if you are hosting a server to your computer. youll need to set your ip that your are using. for example. 192.168.x.x it is ip problem only. on your screenshot there is no problem regarding on packet. and also on client version you are using.

does your server is already open to the public?

Try neglecting your data folder when it comes to clientinfo.xml

It will not read from there, unless you use some special bat file (I've read).

Just use the clientinfo inside your custom GRF file, I had the same issue and that solution fixed it for me.

replace the 127.0.0.1 to your ip. 192.168.1.88

Try changing your "langtype" in clientinfo to "0".

Let I didn't see you had a SS for that already...

In subnet, try to replace your IPv4 with your ip address.
