Easy Message Box?

How would I go about making a message box, like for a sign.

Ex. Next to Warp portal to mall, put MALL message box?

Would this script do anything?

If you enable the NPC using the watingroom function without restarting the server you need to use @reloadscript for the chat box to show up.
