Make sure your client isn't diffed to read data folder first or lua before lub.

You're using a 04-14-2012 kRO Client version which means you've either diffed it yourself or someone did it for you. When you're diffing your client, do not check off the "Read data folder first" tab and the "Read lua before lub" tab either.

He's using a 2012 client. He needs: http://rathena.org/board/topic/58984-new-setup-english/. I've never had the old setups working with the 2012 clients.
