Is there any guide for making your own client from the scratch?

I checked the wiki, but cannot find a single link.

I mean, i got how to diff an exe with ShinsDiffPatcher, but still can't find any info to make the full client working (IE: Where should I get the *.grf files? Where should i get the /data and /system folder? What else should I need in order to make a minimal client to login to my server?).

Building rAthena was a lot easier, since the guides in the wiki were quite good (plus the code was well commented and i was able to understand how to edit), but i'm not understanding how to make a client...
