Private server. Exe 2010-06-16; Diffs ok. (without read data folder first).

When try to run this exe in game directory it say only popup window with next text:

Error

Window Creation Failed.

Can anybody help me? Why that happened? diff work fine (i only do few manipulations to EXE (UPX packer)) WTF? help me please! Without UPX all work fine, with upx i get error - Error Window Creation Failed.
