Harmony no Support contact?

Sorry to post it here, i don't know where i should post it.

I'm trying to contact harmony with their contact form to purchase harmony.

but i haven't got a reply yet for a week.

i sent them 3 mails already.

Is their support dead or abondened?

Uhh, what address are you trying to get ahold of? Just message Sirius White here on rAthena. I'll post a link to this thread on the Harmony client forum so he sees it.

Harmony is good.. But they lack of support.. Developer kinda busy... They still didn't reply my email also to purchase an additional IP..

I'm currently going through all support requests, so you'll most likely receive an answer today. Otherwise you can just send another mail to speed up the process.
