Can Some One Help Me Learn How To Implement Custom Pallette In Stylist On Server

You don't need to implement palletes in your Stylist. Just pack them in your grf or data folder. Go to eA/rA folder find client.conf file in conf/battle/ and change the amount of palletes to the amount that you have

Actually if you're adding more palettes past the previous max amount I'm pretty sure all stylists have a maximum variable restriction just change that to your new max.

why does hairstyle and hair color give sprite error adter 8 or 9 colors

Cuz you don't have the palletes or you didn't packed them in grf / put in data folder.
