bat ganun po di po instant cast yung mga trans skill like (storm gust) sa 3rd class i set naman na 150 instant cast sa skill.conf

Open .../src/map/config/renewal.h

and find this line:

#define RENEWAL_CAST

change it to:

//#define RENEWAL_CAST

and finally re-compile.
