hello, my concern is error at my server when i create a char. and i'am not changing their hair style and color and i enter its error and if i change it into a red one like this.

ok, here's the 1st pic. when i make or create a new character here's the hair style of an newbie when you create a novice. with no changing hair style and hair color. and when i enter if you're finish to create its gravity error. and when i change hair style into red style like in the 2nd picture. i can go ingame and there's no gravity error appears.
