Where to Download rAthena (packaged)

Back in Eathena, I downloaded a beginner's package for me to get started. That is both eathena & 3ceam. Since, rAthena has the latest updates I was hoping to find the same download files here. Is there anyone who can help me?

Thanks :) but how come there is no save-tmpl file??

I have downloaded the file using SVN Tortoise & editted the char_athena and map_athena CONF files but there is an icon with !... what does it mean? is recompilation needed??

the ! means that you have changed the file and there is no save-tmpl folder because text support was dropped a while ago
